Setting Up a Longlight Table at a Show
A short guide for whoever runs the table when the founders are not there. Keep it simple. A club should be able to run a table with three models and a printed sign.
Place the Registry table header where a passerby can see it, so people know this is the Longlight Registry and not a random group build.
Every model on the table wears its Registry serial, either on a printed tent card or marked on the base, using the standard template. If a builder arrives with a piece that is not filed yet, help them file it on the site right there and make a quick serial card. Nobody sits at the table without a serial, because that mark is the thread that ties the whole table into one world.
Put the printed Registry survey post in the middle of the table as the shared landmark. If it holds a green light, that is your one honest point of glow for the whole display.
Beyond that there are no rules on layout, basing, faction, or skill. A beginner concept piece sits beside a finished master build, because the serial makes them equals in the record.
If the venue allows, dim the table lighting a little so any real glowing builds show. Never require it.
Anyone who walks up and wants in is in. Point them to the site, help them file, and they are part of the Registry that day.
Print the header, the serial template, and the survey post from the Rules page, then file a build to get the feel of the workflow before the show opens.
